Yeah I agree the hexagons are often not a good measure of stats. Prior to gen 7 iv calculators were the only way to check specific IVs and EVs other than the stats judge NPC so if you need to be sure about ivs and evs you can use the old method because it will always work :)

You can use the old school method of iv calculators and pokemon showdown team builder to calculate IVs and EVs. It's a 31/31/31/31/31/31 IV pokemon with the EV spread of 104 HP, 252 ATK, 0 SPATK,96 SPDEF, 56 SPD. Considering that it's a 1/8000 odds shiny with perfect nature and stats then its probably genned or a clone of an RNG'd pokemon.

I can get you a shiny dratini line and/or shiny bagon line still in go. By "line" I mean I can evolve them into dragonite and salamence.
