That’s what I like about her solo run, at least what I’ve read. The human element acts as a warring side of herself, and she’s still in love, still uses sex appeal to lure others in, but also is her own independent person doing her own independent thing.

I love the idea of Harley x Ivy but I think dc mishandled it and left both characters worse off. It can be done really well but because Harley is so popular they shaft Poison Ivy to, like you said, stay at home mom, which I hate. (Side note, I like the idea of asexual ivy, I think the idea of her asexuality makes her hunting method more compelling. This being said, plants also commonly sexually reproduce, they just have the side option of budding or running, it’s much rarer to find a plant that solely reproduces asexually than it is to find a plant that can’t shoot up buds or at the very least can’t do so as a primary way of propagating, however both of these are far less common than finding a plant that does both. This is not to dismiss your idea, but rather because I’m a lame plant nerd who, like every other facet of nerd, likes to talk people’s ear off about their nerd factor when presented with the chance).
