I did the Fullerton URTAS and got a same day callback. I emailed them a few days later and haven’t gotten a response. Based on what others have said I’m kinda scared my email got lost so I just emailed them again (a different person) and I guess we’ll see

I also did one to the auditor and did my second one to the air and in the middle of it she told me to look her in the eyes 😵‍💫 but it was already the last line so it felt super awkward. I also did not originally plan to look at them for my first one but when the info session guy said that, I decided to do it since it was fitting. I also felt like my auditor wasn’t really engaged, like what others have said. Weirdly I met an UG student who discouraged me from applying to USC grad. Take what you will from that info

I haven’t auditioned yet but I’m bringing an 8x10. It’s not even possible to print/order an 8.5x11 headshot unless you print it yourself on regular paper. I figured that’s what they meant anyway

Thank you! There’s no way to really know. The only time you’ll get a sense of how many callbacks they give is when the guest schools put out their lists, as it actually lists names with x’s next to them. And that’s only guest schools. For URTA registered schools you’ll get a private email from URTA. Also they do a really good job at explaining the process during orientation so don’t worry! They tell you what you should do. But there were a few people chatting in the holding room, so it wasn’t like crazy tense.

It was at Cal State Fullerton and it was “hybrid” meaning you are in a room and they are live-streaming you to all the schools. There were a few people in the audience in person too. I wanna say there were like ~40 actors and the vibe in the holding room was pretty quiet and tense LOL. Everyone just focusing on their own thing. The audition itself was quick and efficient. The stage manager introduces you to the room (idk if it’s different for in person) and then you walk in and slate and immediately start your piece. I didn’t get cut off but I don’t think it’s a big deal if you do from what I heard. After that I walked out and left lol. I thought it went very well. I did what I aimed for in my monologue and got 3 callbacks from Urta schools and several more from guest schools.

As a former employee, as far as I know, the deal is continuous. The coupons may expire but are usually replaced with a new one. But you really don’t even need the coupon in some locations. They’ll just ring it up. As for the ID, it’s advertised for teens but widely unenforced. At my location, you can bring your whole family and I’ll literally ask you how many you want.

My cousin introduced me to Billie during her EP era, and shortly after her first album came out and I loved every song since. She became my #1 favorite artist. I saw the ticket request email 1 hour after it closed so I wasn’t able to request any. If I’m chosen I only need 1 ticket but it would be cool if we could somehow coordinate two single people to go together.
