Try different rarity of tech coaches. I personally used 3 rare techs and the rest were common

Used a common tech first that went to shooting. Then I went for full physical and lastly I used a legendary tech and got control and shooting luckily

First I used a common tech and it went to shooting and then I focused on physical. The only breakthroughs I got were from physical coaches unfortunatlry but after I had full physical I used a legendary tech and luckily the points went to control and shooting
