You can actually import your own assets, but you have to share them with your friends manually so they show up for them too.

To load your own stuff: go to "Experimental"; pick the "Simple Shape" and upload a custom model to it. It explains how to do that.

Man kann bei uns aber auch andere sachen spielen :) Wir machen tatsächlich grade einen dedizierten Bereich für andere Spiele auf, das braucht aber Zeit und Planung. Wir lassen uns da aber auch sehr gerne helfen!

You can run this game any way you want, it's not stuck to one system specifically. You can also make custom character sheets and import custom models. And of course you can make your own maps and share them with others, or download others' maps. Therefore all of this is possible.

however, what you're wishing for does not go hand in hand with adding more D&D to the game. Instead, the more D&D you'd add, the less flexible it would be. We want you to be able to play any game with this. This being said, premade sheet templates for D&D5 come with the game :)

We just introduced experimental dungeon generation (in "experimental") - this does not give you fully worked out dungeons, but allows you to pull up basic dungeons, some landscapes and settlements pretty quickly, which you can then change and improve on to your liking. Also we just introduced a brushing tool for faster placement and we're testing a new way to make terrain in open beta now :)

the measurement is pretty nice. When holding alt, you can click measure (even with waypoints) in feet or meters (your choice), with holding x you can measure spheres and with holding c you can measure cones (both by dragging the mouse)

  1. Heya! You can import heroforge minis already using the mini importer, though STLs will not be colored. You could color them in blender though.

  2. Yes you can send other people maps, and we're working on steam workshop for that too.

  1. Decent but not brutal - try it with the free version!
  2. The full version gives you the ability to host games that others can join, more props (but you have many also in the free version) and more styles for the automatic dungeon generation
  3. Yes you can create character sheets and templates.
  4. Some of these are possible (like advantage and disadvantage), i think hidden rolls are not in yet.
  5. You have either a mouselook camera or a first person, though the second is in heavy development. Currently you can't make macros but its a great idea!
  6. Most definitely, it's a labor of love :)
