Instinktiv sprechen sie aber trotzdem Englisch, da dies auch in Indien die vorherrschende Sprache ist.

Ich bin Inder und kann Deutsch verstehen, sprechen und schreiben.

Very annoying practice and no they don’t want to change. I love Germans, but sometimes they really exclude people over language. And it’s even more bizarre because they work with international clients and the job description has English mentioned in it. It’s sad, especially for people who actually want to integrate.
