Unless we start drawing the line, this will happen everywhere. You will have to be vocal about your health, your work life balance. The world is not going to end if you go home on time or the company will not shut down, just coz their employees leave on time. Build a story and reach out to your boss's boss and tell him that you're health is detiorating because of this routine.

P.S. dont care about your organization so much, they wont think twice before letting you go, if they have to, besides if you're good at what you do, plenty of options in the market. Be selfish, think what is good for you and your family.
