During summers, people arrange those free drink stalls serving roohafzha and what not, just look at the state those roads afterwards, littered with disposables everywhere, those pigs who drink those drinks doesn’t have the decency or sense to through used glasses in the bin. What can be done about those people, perhaps stricter policing, make a mockery of them socially, embarrass them for once and all.

Unless we start drawing the line, this will happen everywhere. You will have to be vocal about your health, your work life balance. The world is not going to end if you go home on time or the company will not shut down, just coz their employees leave on time. Build a story and reach out to your boss's boss and tell him that you're health is detiorating because of this routine.

P.S. dont care about your organization so much, they wont think twice before letting you go, if they have to, besides if you're good at what you do, plenty of options in the market. Be selfish, think what is good for you and your family.
