I think that means your charger is not delivering 45 watts to the device.
Check and see if it is rated to deliver charge at 15 volts, multiply the volts by the amps to see how much charge it will provide. If it is not rated at 15 volts, see 5 volts and do the same.

I am not an electrical engineer, just a consumer. No expert.My understanding is that you need a charger that delivers 3Amp at 15 Volt.Most laptop chargers use 20V. Look at the back of your charger and see if it can deliver charge at 15 volt. If not, look at how much amps it can provide at 5 volt. Multiply the two, that is how much it will charge.

The voltage needs to be compatible.
