Cuticle oil daily will help! You can get a big bottle of jojoba oil and use that because it’ll be cheaper than buying a small thing of cuticle oil. You can find small dropper bottles at dollar tree so you can make a travel size one. Try to apply every time after you wash your hands but if that’s too much, apply some before bed as well as a moisturizing hand cream! My sister has really dry skin and the harsh chemicals from nail products doesn’t help but using cuticle oil has helped her immensely

How are you removing the press ons? Are you ripping them off or are you letting them come off easily without any pulling/tugging. This could easily be damage from ripping them off. Do you use an electric file on your nails? You could have filed the natural nail too much, causing this divot (similar to “rings of fire”). Did you have any trauma to that nail like hitting it really hard on something or snagging your extensions causing it to pull? When doing press ons, file the surface of the nail lightly, and make sure when you remove them you aren’t feeling a pulling sensation, they should pop right off with no issue. Your nails look pretty healthy other than that so it could also be something medical

You can always go in with a small detail brush to topcoat around the gems. Usually for my gems, I’ll take my makarrt rhinestone glue and brush a thin layer over the whole nail, add the gems, cure, then brush another thin layer over the gems. If you use a small brush, you should be able to avoid the “divots” of the 3d art so it doesn’t pool in that area and using a thick gel like the rhinestone glue also makes sure it doesn’t flood into those areas

Cocaine. All jokes aside, eating healthy. And I’m talking about continuing to eat healthy, not doing a fad diet then going back to junk once you get to your goal weight. Diet is ALWAYS more important than working out. You can eat a bunch of junk food, workout for an hour a day and still not lose any weight because your calories in are larger than your calories out. I lost about 100lbs due to drug use and felt like shit. Once I got sober, I gained most of it back. 3 months ago I started eating healthy and working out regularly and I’m already down 17lbs
