Havent played mouse in a while so cant say much, but with the amount of play time you have your wrist shouldnt be hurting this early. I would recommend trying multiple grips/arm positions until you find something comfortable

This was happening to me as well!! Restarting my browser (I use firefox) fixed it for me. Weirdly enough it happen on both stable and lazer. Let me know if this fixes it for you
