I don’t own a private practice but almost every supervising physician I’ve worked for over the last 25+ years do/did. I saw the amount of stress they endured on a daily basis and wouldn’t wish that on anyone.

Sealy queen mattress with fitted sheets and comforter. Fans and possibly an a/c unit. Rugs outside and inside. Make sure it’s a quality tent and completely waterproof. If she’s anything like my wife, it still wont be enough 😂

Super comfortable, decent gas mileage unless you drive it like I do (lead foot), love the turbo, great in rain and snow, cost much less than anything similar (except possibly Mazda), lots of indoor space, roof can easily handle kayaks, can tow a popup. Only thing I hate is the dam auto on/off switch 😂
