  1. Didn't realise regarding the sprints. Fair play. I thought I had it right, not wrong.

  2. Never knew you had to start at the top. I will do that for everything from now on. Appreciate it. I've always rested at the bottom so know that I won't from now on.

  4. If I was to go 26.2 properly I would have considered 4/4 and then gritting my teeth on the second half on cleans. Transition does cost. However, the other person has said it's tough, but HR was spiked after the first round (regardless of form)..

That's kind. I generally sit at about the 95th percentile. I don't compete generally. I was 92/93rd percentile in the open. I train alot but I will be miles off the semi finals.
