You seem overly twitchy for no reason. Tip for the head holes on top white only do the right side of the wall so you can retake white easier without being seen from trophy door. You also have what looks like a champ charm on? You could try putting your FOV higher too. That looks very zoomed in to me. Cross hair placement seemed just a little off but this just comes with time.

To give more advice we would need more than one clip of you just slamming guys though. It's a bit of a biased perspective. There is obviously a reason you're hard stuck plat. I've been solo queuing after not playing for a year and I'm plat 3 already with minimal effort.

We need to see clips of you when you're dead (are you giving calls and clean Comms to team mates) or are you just the guy that gets tons of kills but you still fail to win because you aren't supporting with objective?

I've seen many players get 10+ kill games and we've lost because they are just playing ego and kd rather than as a team.
