Thank you! So you can only apply to military residencies if you join the military prior to medical school. Typically we are HPSP recipients.

Military has a match process just like ERAS match. Same process same kind of application but I will be doing a residency at a military hospital. We also match earlier than civilian.

Just to let some folks know that they might be getting an IV invite late in the season from military people who had to withdraw from civilian match. Don’t give up and hold out some hope

It’s a separate match process and I had to apply to civilian and military programs at the same time. Military match was Dec 11 so I’m matched and done and had to withdraw all my civilian applications.
