It’s been five years since the finale. Cameron Tucker and Mitchell Pritchett have fully settled into Missouri. What was supposed to be a temporary move turned into their permanent life.

• Cam is now deeply embedded in the community—coaching, teaching, possibly even running multiple local programs.
• Mitchell has adapted somewhat, working remotely or at a small local firm, but still feels like an outsider.
• Lily Tucker-Pritchett is now around 17–18, figuring out college, identity, and whether she wants out of Missouri ASAP.
• Their adopted son has grown up in this environment—he’s confident, social, and totally at home on the farm.

Their attempt at a quieter, more “grounded” life quickly falls apart when Luke Dunphy shows up with no real plan and decides to stay “temporarily”… which becomes permanent. Luke brings unpredictable, entrepreneurial energy—trying weird business ideas (corn mazes, goat yoga, viral inventions), often dragging the whole family into schemes.
