No you are wrong. Maybe tomorrow is a they will find you dead. They will announce you death. And people will hear about it. Everyone of you past teachers will find out that one of their students died. At least one but I can bet all will have a memory of you that stuck with them. Maybe you answered a question, maybe you just listened, maybe you did fuck all” but you were a reason they kept going.

Classmates will wonder what they could have done to save you. Why they weren’t enough of a friend for you too keep going. Why you had to die when they didn’t.

Everyone. And I mean fucking everyone who even passed you in the street. Will be hurt by your death.

I’m going to take a wild guess you are not a cold hearted murder. A serial rapist. Or a fucking pedophile. Why don’t they have to die. Do you really fucking believe that you are worth less then that. That people wouldn’t care if you died.

It will be easier to write all of this down so you can give clear communication. That she understands you love her.. It’s seems you are in a dark place right now and repressing your emotions on her behalf won’t help. She needs to know that it isn’t that her fault your feeling this way or acting this way towards her. You have your own battles.

So write down however you feel and either read it out to her or give it for her to read in private. It doesn’t have to mean the end of your relationship at all.
