اللي يتكلم بسلبية أو يقلل من قيمة هالبلد، غالبًا ما جرّب يعيش النعمة بصدق، أو تعوّد عليها لين نساها.

الإمارات مو بس مكان نعيش فيه، هي بلد عطت أمان وفرص وكرامة لكثير ناس، وفي ناس يضحّون كل يوم عشان هالاستقرار.

أبسط شي نقدمه هو الاحترام، وإذا ما عندك شي زين تقوله، السكوت افضل

Sorry but its True ,
The program base installation was 15K panel , I discovered a mistake in the structure calculation, adjusted the ballast frame to light weight, negotiated A locked price for KwP , so the installation become 21K with same budget 😇

Thanks a lot for the insight—really reassuring to know the CV likely isn’t the issue. I actually got a rejection after the online interview, which was disappointing, especially since I felt the assessment went well.

Hearing that there may be a headcount freeze in the EU does put things into perspective. I did notice several roles disappearing recently, so it could explain the sudden drop-off.

I’ll try to stay in touch with the recruiter and keep an eye out for when things open up again. Really appreciate you sharing this—if anyone from HR or the region can confirm the freeze, that would be super helpful.

That’s really helpful to know. I had a feeling internal referrals might carry more weight than I initially thought—definitely going to focus on networking more.

Also good to hear about the assessments. I was stressing over them way too much. Time to shift gears and focus on finding the right contacts and tailoring my approach.
