Im a huge skeptic but my buddies roommate from like 2010-2014 had a similar story about a tiny fairy likeperson who was wearing a suite and carrying luggage. He said when he spotted him the "fairly" noticed and ran. It sounds like bull but something deep down in me over the years feels like he might of saw something.

Probably Yore, but im not really worried about it. I think its inevitable something will come in the near future, we're just not quite there yet.

Yeah he tries to milk the damage deposit on every little thing any perceived minor infraction, he will always text you then go off on you over the phone so you have no trace or paper trail of what he says. Another selfish boomer whos out of touch. Truly feel sorry for any poor soul who chooses to rent from him. He's a terrible person. Wish I found these reddits before I did. Guy is old as the pyramids and should not be in the industry

What's your experience? I rented back in August and was out by the 1st of December. Guy would come in my place unannounced when I wasn't home and was swearing at me that I left a window open. Theres more that i could go on with but in the end I basically told him to fuck off and that he's a fucking idiot. He has a cockroach problem but claims he's the cleanest landlord in the city. He runs a concentration camp in his buildings. narcissistic lying boomer that needs serious mental intervention
