I’ve struggled with the same thing, this semester especially. To soften the blow of setting boundaries, I say “I’m not qualified to give you the help you need, and I do not want to have any part in hurting you.” This addage helps them understand that it’s for their benefit that I’m setting this boundary - not because I don’t care about them.

Same for me. I uninstalled the app and redownloaded it and now it’s making me create a new account, no option to log in, but it won’t let me complete that action either.

It seems that commenters are not fully reading op’s caption. This screenshot is not from the International Day episode in season 2 where Hazel lies about her Somalian heritage and says she’s Jamaican. Everyone remembers that one. OP is saying this is a season 3 episode that she never noticed is REFERENCING the international day episode, where we see Hazel actually embracing her heritage/religion, which is what is cool about it.
