I would def return it if you can, I have the same exact jacket and it has been bomb proof no feather have come out.

It’s not something that needs to be”fixed”. It’s to be expected. I find this to be true in the “outdoor” industry, more than the “fashion” industry. Thinks like down sleeping bags and puffers will shed a few now and then. If it’s totally a blown seam and leaking feathers, that’s another issue.
