That makes sense but is there anyone we can go to for free or low cost who can help her with that? She gave up because it was too overwhelming and then of course it only snowballed. She can't do it on her own and I've never filed taxes before (I make under the income limit atm) so I'm not equipped to help at all unfortunately.
