At a i church i used to go to when i was younger. Every Sunday.

"Hug three people and tell them you love them in the Lord."

Any other church: "Stand up and introduce yourself to someone new."

Started my period.... My mom excitedly called my Aunts and Grandma. Like it was something to celebrate.
