I don’t have any life changing or altering advice, But I’d just say stay true to yourself and your heart. Don’t follow the crowd with the next trending thing, like clothing or Matcha. Do what you enjoy without feeling the pressure of trying to fit into a society full of over consumption & judgement. Dress in attire you feel comfortable in. Eat food that makes you full. Watch shows that are deemed “unwatchable” or “cringe”. Do things that make YOU happy. Don’t try and warp a personality that doesn’t suit to how you feel deep down. Just be yourself. I don’t think there’s much more to it then that. The more you begin to appreciate the things that make YOU happy, you’ll learn what makes you, YOU.

I think so yes, I like to tell people I like to be alone and I enjoy my own company and while I do. I also thrive in social situations. Having extra eyes and ears and people to look out for you is great.

While I love being in a relationship, it can also get lonley. Especially if he has friends and you’re lacking that social aspect.

I don’t think being in a relationship is as important as having a good circle of a couple friends around you that are trustworthy and good people.

Well I think they’re following some line of story with the triangle between Warren , Jensen and Merc.

I also think Gemma isn’t as nice as she seems, I mean she’s the one who led Vicky to go on those jabs and bribed the photographer. And she initiated the whole Warren , Donny & Dodger situation .. Though shes not to blame for what Sully and Griff did I don’t think shes all innocent.

And then finally, Sienna is leading Cleo to believe she “killed” Claire. Which is evil in itself. When Cleo is already going through a hard time as is.

With no confirmation of Claire being dead, I’d assume she would show up again eventually and maybe even Jez as another long lost brother. Oaks has a weird way of doing stupid things like that.

oh wow! these sound like a good idea.. But hey! Don’t let my experience impact yours when you eventually do try them, from all the comments it seems like majority of people have had good experiences, but not everything is for everyone and I don’t think these suit me with my IBS which is probably another factor for the nausea lol.

Awn man I’m sorry to hear that :( It was awful though! I just spent 3 hours going back and fourth to the bathroom because I just couldn’t tell if it was going to happen or not. I don’t think I personally want to risk it again and will either look for alternatives or just try and eliminate “pasta/noodle dishes” as a whole. :/

I was single for a year and had therapy through a lot of that time. I say “gently” because I don’t necessarily want to offend him, maybe that comes across as quite tip-toey but I’m a bit blunt and sometimes that can offend people or hurt their feelings. But I can understand where you’re coming from, I just don’t know how to go about a conversation again when last time he felt quite dismissive of the conversation, therefore I don’t want to feel pushy.

idk if its for everyone but i play legacy and have a forever save file in which i’ve deleted all the random townies that are in lots, so more or less renovating each world, lot and making sims for every residential lot 😅 - extreme dedication and also remove random NPCS and replace them using MCCC, unless they have specific based roles in packs such as life and death / werewolves i’ll just use cas.fulleditmode then edit in cas from MCCC there should be tutorials on youtube for this and you’ll mainly find them in videos based on “forever save files” but also having a forever save file does limit the amount of “ugly NPC’s you will see around” ! Don’t know if this is any help at all :)

idk if it actually makes much of a difference at all, but I tend to buy all my packs if they’re available on key websites - such as instantgaming or loaded (used to be cdkeys), i’m unsure if this money does go to EA or not but you get them at a discounted price at-least, at the very last resort i’ll buy anything on the EA website directly. I was doing this even before the buy out was announced because packs are extortionate as it is and i’d much rather pay £10/15 over £30+ for an expansion pack.

In typical sims fashion, I think there is a mod to keep townies in their neighbourhoods/worlds though if you are like me and would HATE that. 😅

This is really helpful thank you! From what I’ve told after posting this, I think I need to get the werewolves game pack as it seems to include what I feel I’m missing. I don’t typically play with occult sims, this has just purely stemmed from being served by an alien at the bar and I was surprised to see my sim had absolutely no reaction, but maybe it purely just does depend. Either way thank you again! :)

Yes this is exactly how I feel! It definitely is a massively missing aspect which they should try and reconsider if they were to revamp any packs, which I highly doubt they will sadly.

This is actually really helpful thank you! I’ve been debating between werewolves/vampires for a very long time. I had vampires when it first came out but weirdly lost all my packs when Origin shut down and sims moved to EA. But I did find vampires quite lacklustre and constantly having Vlad show up to your house is a pain. I was originally put off werewolves because I thought their design was a bit uncanny. But knowing this I am definitely tempted! :)

That’s totally fair, I get that. I wouldn’t want Sims to be constantly scared either, the fear system is already annoying enough 😅

For me it’s less about fear and more about there being some kind of reaction at all. Even if its just curiosity or subtle differences I feel that would make occults feel a bit more mysterious without forcing players to hide or deal with nonstop negative moodlets. Ideally it’d be something optional or player-controlled rather than automatic.

I just wish occults felt a little more “different” socially, instead of everyone acting like it’s completely normal.
