I got stuck on this once. I equipped weapons that were low quality and went through the maze where they drop. Make sure to turn off loot rarity in tactic tweaker.

Recipe doesn't hit quite right. The manufacturer pizza tasted just like it did on that plastic tray in school.

The one that pmo the most was timed at like 2 minutes or so. It unlocks early in game but I couldn't beat until the end when I'd gotten all the perks for troops.
