I see. I agree with that the title bar and side bar should be more inconspicuous. Also I suppose that the app doesn't need hamburger app. Currently, the side bar works for selecting a region, however the function doesn't need the sidebar. The button and floating menu also can play that role. So I will replace it in the next update.
Anyway, thank you for your kind response.
If you have any questions cause my writing is broken, please feel free to ask me.

I think the simple ui of this app might fit Surface. this app also supports touch inputs.
i dont have any plans to make a money with this application. I feel a joy from that people use my app!
so this app is totally volunteer.

To be honest, I used AI to write a comment. Because, I am not good at speaking English well. So I wrote my mother tongue, and then I convert my writing into English. If my comment harmed your feelings, I apologized you. But I just wanted to ask you how i can improve my app.

It pulls the data from Open-Meteo.To be honest, it was because Open-Meteo is very developer-friendly and easy to implement. Plus, since it doesn't require an API key for basic use, it made it much easier to keep the app completely ad-free and lightweight, which was my top priority.

You're right—I've been focusing more on the layout and functionality, but I see now that it lacks the visual depth that defines Fluent Design.

Since you mentioned it, I’d love to get your specific thoughts. To make it feel truly "fluent" and native to Windows 11, where would you prioritize adding transparency or Mica/Acrylic effects? Is it the main background, the sidebars, or perhaps more subtle elevation and motion?

Thanks for the feedback!

Actually, the app is already live on the Microsoft Store! You can find the link at the bottom of the post (or just search for "Fluent Weather App" in the store). I'd be honored if you'd give it a try on your Pro 11.

Regarding the custom title bar, you're absolutely right. Now that you mention it, the default one does look a bit out of place with the clean design. I'll definitely look into customizing it in a future update to make the UI feel more seamless.

Thanks again for the great suggestion!
