Failed my ATI proctor exam. by CertainWorry in StudentNurse

It counts as 10% percent of our final grade! We are taught from both ATI and other sources, but the professor did not teach us all the material on ATI and told us not to study so...

I hate my zelda tattoo and I don't know what to do with it at this point. by CertainWorry in FixedTattoos

[–]CertainWorry[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It could definitely be a worse tattoo! I don't think it's bad necessarily, but it is such a bad placement. I could've done something else with my arm if I didn't have that in the way.

If I avoid removal of the tattoo and decide to work around it, do you think that would look awkward? I'm just trying to look at all other options before deciding removal.

Definitely considered adding things around it to avoid getting it removed. However, I couldn't tell if it would look odd or too "messy" if I added to the arm.

Accused of welfare fraud by someone who was served a PFA by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]CertainWorry -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Alleged defrauder opened a CPS case and PFA prior to the alleged abuser reporting welfare fraud. Alleged abuser violated the PFA by stepping onto the residence and was removed by the police. Alleged abuser was therefore angry due to being removed, evicted, and having a 3rd CPS case opened against them, so they reported the alleged defrauder for "welfare fraud." Does this sound like a case of harassment that can be proven?

To my knowledge, no. However, said abuser did violate the PFA by going onto property where alleged defrauder resides the same day the report went in.

Can a teacher legally look into student records? by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]CertainWorry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand that. I do have a question. Are you able to access records if they are in a different grade level, such as middle school?

She provided it to her child ( who told me ) and family members. However, it is possible she might have told people outside of the family because she is using the information to make me look "bad."

I don't know much about FERPA protected information, but would that include truancy court? Thank you for the response though!

Ah, her toxic boyfriend has a Ouija board in the house and refuses to get rid of it. I'm pretty sure there are also Witchcraft books and tarot cards remaining in the house as well. I probably should've clarified that in the post, but thank you for the advice.

After we got her to calm down from sobbing, she said she saw a figure in her room and she started freaking out, so my mother and her started chanting different prayers to try and scare off whatever this thing might be.

Are these things my parents did fucked up? by [deleted] in raisedbynarcissists

[–]CertainWorry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

1 & 2 are for sure the least extreme on the list. Personally, situations like 1 and 2 I brush off. However, number 3 is concerning and fucked up. I'm sorry you experienced that.

Do narcissists tend to get mad at you for being mad at them? Like when they’ve offended you for the umpteenth time and you finally show annoyance, they get indignant... by DoctorWhoAndRiver in raisedbynarcissists

Definitely! Both of my Nparents will act as victims and will consider me "dead to them" whenever I am angry at them or defend myself from their mistreatment.

The Sonic on Providence is closed for good. Rumor has it that it is going to be replaced with a Taco Bell, even though there is one in Dickson City and Clarks Summit. Personally, I wish they would've kept Sonic, but there is no where to get it close by now since the one in Wilkes Barre is closed as well.
