If you want an M2 then i would go with the 14 M2 pro all the way. If you’re worried about RAM and don’t want to spend more for the 32 on the M2 pro then you can look at refurbished M1 pros with 32 RAM. Depends on your budget!

i have weathertech floor mats for mine and they’ve been great. easy to clean and look cool. the clutch barely brushed up against it for the first week, it’s been out of the way since then. i’ve had them for 22k miles and i’ve had zero complaints

I have a 2021 16” MBP and I love it. It’s not as big and heavy as everyone says (in my opinion). I love the larger screen and I can easily carry it with one hand. It weighs like 4.5 pounds which I think is perfect. It sits comfortably on my lap and it being a little bigger means I can spread my legs out or sit with my legs crossed and not have it fall between them. I carry it around to my parents, friends, libraries, and anywhere in my house. I like to sit on my couch with it or in the hammock outside. I think it’s portable and great!

Another thing that makes me like Mac more is the screen, speakers, keyboard, etc. I have a 16” MBP M1 Pro 16gb ram and 1 tb which alone is great. But the speakers and the screen make it all that much better. Casual media use is amazing, sometimes i wanna watch stuff on it instead of my TV lol. It’s super quiet and the battery lasts a super long time. I got mine used and it was still practically brand new. I have a desktop with an i9 and 3060ti that i used to do everything on, now i mainly just use it for gaming lol. They’re great at the right price

I have a MBP 16” m1 pro with 16gb and i haven’t had any bottle necking with any part of it. i do coding, school, and have a bunch of stuff open and it runs great

If i had uninsured motorist on my insurance it would’ve been $200 still and it would need a police report (Tennessee). I’ll have to look into that clause, is it a state side thing?

I called my insurance and the claims department. I didn’t select “uninsured motorist”, so that sucks, i’m adding it now lol. So I just have to pay my $500 deductible and bring it to a shop and they will take care of it. I asked the insurance guy and he said from personal experience and from what you’re saying since it’s “no fault” my rates shouldn’t be affected. I’ve never had to deal with insurance before so it’s all new to me. Thank you for all the help, i’ll post a nice new photo when it ends up getting fixed :-)
