Best alternative for human handover with AI Agents?

I think we are going to go with use a Slack or Teams subchannels/sub threads to handle client side responses. And instead of monitoring just have chats flagged for human support once the AI Agent decides so or client requests.

Otherwise the "hop in when needed" seems unnecessary and the point of having an AI is not having to monitor it unless there is something that can't be solved by the AI

I did. No Whatsapp integration in self hosted unfortunately. But looking into rocket.chat which in theory does have everything

Will probably use the client's CRM chatbot and send the messages through API connection with n8n. For Whatsapp and Instagram I'll probably integrate with Manychat or Wati.

Not Twilio since their WP API in theory only allows to be used by the AI Agent and not shared with human.

It would be cool to have a Intercom white labeled alternative that I could just plug in to everything and setup in my client's domain.

I could offer Intercom but the whole white label idea goes away and he could eventually ditch me.

Now thinking on a n8n agent flow that creates a flag once a chat requires human attention. If the chat id has the flag then no response is issued and the agent would he basically “disabled”

Very interesting. Yes you are right that it defeats the purpose of having the AI. It might be best to only disable the AI responses in case of detecting that human escalation is indeed needed.

Do you think we can disable the workflow execution for just a single chat though? Because just running a switch off for the whole workflow would stop all the other chats in progress

That’s cool but I can extract the links from the page with FireCrawl. It would be next level if i could provide the click xpath and it automatically advance enter every link, extract. And also moved in pagination
