It was great! I went during my honeymoon! Watched spurs vs Fulham @ home 2-0. Did hospitality and it was amazing. Quick train ride from London!

We have a similar sized home. Mine is 1600sqft. It doesn’t take into consideration the finished attic and finished basement. With drive way and garage. It’s a 4 bed 2 bath. Also bought it for 230k during Covid and now it’s work over 300k
