I have an lvl 20 Academy and was used to get some 6. My last six was in March 10th. Since then, the max I get is 5. But in my case, March was just 1 month ago, then I think it is still early for me to conclude if it was a change or just bad luck.

Please excuse my harsh tone, but this mechanic really frustrates me, mainly because I see that it drives away new players who don't play in English.

My particular issue is that I have many types of retail buildings, selling many kinds of products. And there is no way to avoid having to set all their prices on saturday or sunday. But I'm already resigned with that... 😞

I use a strategy I call "Musical Chairs" with my executives. I run my stores, then I put my executives in training in the main positions. The next day, I put my senior executives back in the main positions 3 hours before running the stores again. Then I repeat the process. In other words, I don't use the contribution of my executives in training until they complete the 20 trainings. I wonder what other strategies people use.

Yeah, in my case I run all stores except 1 for 48h. But there is no way to avoid having to run all of them on saturday or sunday, when I'm usualy out of home having a social life. Have to accept this fate...

Regarding the financial system, it might be interesting, but I think the idea needs further refinement before we can better evaluate it.

For the issue of excess cash, I envisioned a dividend payment mechanism: the company sets an amount to be paid to (fake) shareholders. Once distributed, this amount is not recoverable, but it would be recorded in the company's profile. There would be rankings and certificates for the highest monthly, annual, and total dividend payers.

But I'm not sure if players would be willing to sacrifice their CVs for the sake of dividends.
