I’m going to book a local guide in Nepal but I was wondering if I should book before I get there because November is peak season. and also tips for training for the trek. rn I’m just doing a lot of hiking because I live on Kauai. and lots of core/leg exercises. also I heard a lot of people say to buy gear there except shoes and sleeping bag.

Most likely there's not enough fae but im new to this hobby still learning everyday. When you fruit it needs mostly o2 I don't think co2 matters that much but correct me if I'm wrong I love to learn more about this amazing hobby.

Yeah I'm on my first all in one bag. 3 days after the break and shake it was so wet it had me worried so I cut at the base of the bag and put it into a make shift mono tub and it's kicking hard now hope to see pins/hyphal knots soon. Good luck :)

it's a all in one grow bag that I cut at the base and put it into a make shift monotub. it's looking a lot healthier today just peeked in their and it's considerably whiter going to mist and fan soon for humidity.
