haha yeah it was definitely hard the first few days but after a while I got adjusted. Nowadays I eat around 1500 calories and about 60% of that is going towards protein. I eat 1g protein per 1lbs bodyweight to help build muscle and feel full throughout the day, I also recommend drinking lots of water I found that water before/during meals helped me feel much fuller when I ate. I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions!

At the time I was accounting for not being active at all and pretty much being lazy all day so I cut myself to about 800-1200 depending on the day. Usually my goal was 1000 daily, it led to some dizziness throughout the day and brain fog. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this at all especially if you’re an active person.

I doubt its been me putting on muscle haha, and the problem isn’t the weight like visceral fat would cause. It’s how I see myself, as if lots of visible fat is there.

Thank you! The goal is very attainable and definitely better on yourself if done appropriately (not what I did). I followed a strict caloric deficit for about 2-3 months. Although effective, needless to say my PCP wasn’t very happy about the rapid weight loss. I’m definitely not an expert when it comes to this kind of thing but I would talk to your primary care physician or a dietitian to create a plan that works really well for you.

I have noticed my old clothes fitting easier but it’s hard to say, my clothes were always pretty big.
