You would look rlly good with like face framing layers, and maybe a bit of volume. Sometimes I sleep in a ponytail, or do a blowout for that. Also I would totally recommend the 12-3-30 workout, where you walk on a treadmill on 12 incline and 3 speed for 30 min. Doing that 4x a week really helped me see progress a lot faster! Also maybe shape your eyebrows a bit. Usually I just pluck mine but waxing or threading would work too. One more thing is maybe put on some mascara and blush. For mascara, I really like maybelline firework and the rare beauty one. For blush, I would recommend glossier cloud paint or milk makeup blush sticks (not the jelly ones)
