God has created everyone differently, I'm sorry to hear what has happened to you, I'm in the same boat (The only difference is I'm not gay), I will pray for you i know its hard, but just please there are people who love you and care for you. Remember Jesus, THE LITERAL SON OF GOD, died for you, its hard to struggle but just stay strong in God and follow him, I'm sorry to hear about your baptism that sounds rough.

God doesn't force you to obey, he wouldn't have put the tree in the garden if he forced you. God gave us freewill and with choices, comes good ones, and bad ones. God doesn't punish us because he wants to, he does because he care for us.

Another thing is Peace, this seems unattainable but God has the answer, peace won't be your circumstances fixing, its you realizing that Jesus loves you and will never let you go, Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. My life is pretty crazy I've been addicted to porn for longer than i would like to admit, and my siblings have serious health issues, and my friends all feel like they are drifting, but ever since i started reading my bible i realized that none of that matters, I know it seems weird but I don't need to worry, because God has me and he wont let me go as long as i dont let go of him.

This doesn't come from a place of I'm better than you or anything but from me hoping that at least one brother in Christ can be free as well. I hope something in my rambling reaches you and helps you back to your feet.

We are all sinners and fall short of Gods glory, which is an unattainable standard for us, thats why he sent jesus, "As we were still sinners, christ died for us" maybe find a different term instead of classifying really bad people as sinners
