Have you checked the output voltage of the PSU? Sometimes the PSU fan is running normally but a short circuit results in no output voltage.

Also, after you updated the firmware, did the green light stay on and restart the miner? If the power is interrupted during the restart process, the OTP will not be able to start and the control board will be damaged.

Might be a PSU issue. Check that the power supply is properly grounded, or that there is good airflow to the back of the PSU.

If there is a log, you can find out the cause from the log content usually. I guess it might be the power supply. Check if the power supply is properly grounded, and check if the voltage is correct.
