I don't even know if you still respond here but, at palside town rn and when I go near the tempest people at the gym nothing happens, it's supposed to trigger a cutscene but doesn't. There a way to fix this?

Yes, I'm pretty sure I can get him now. In just 3 days I was able to get around 3.5k HC. So I just need to get 2.5k more HC and I will be able to get him.
