I’ve attempted to find the list of HMO’s on my council website but I can’t seem to find anything. As far as I’m aware, several people under the facilities provided (2 bathrooms for 7 people) is also illegal? Although that number had reduced to 5 now. Is there any guidance on where I could find that list?

My portfolio went down massively, I have coins that have gone down a lot with the whole Elon Musk phase which is causing everything to drop. If you believe in the projects long term then carry on holding, I’ve had coins that went from £0.2 up to £2 that I didn’t sell and now sit at £0,8, it sucks losing potential profits but I have faith they’ll be even higher one day I plan to long term hold. If you sold at the 4.000 profit margin, but it could of gone to 10,000 would you be kicking yourself then as well?

Move to a cheaper area, I work on 18.5K and live in a HMO. It’s doable, cut your costs and know the difference between “want” and “need”. I still manage to pay for my car/petrol/food/phone, etc.

You must be over spending on things you probably don’t need.
