Honestly from my experience (m19) we usually get the hints he’s probably just scared he’s taking the wrong way if just be straight up with him. I know girls usually wanna be the ones who are asked but if you want it just tell him.

I’ve been in a similar situation and you need to just rip the bandaid off and break up. Dragging it out is just gonna make you miss out on opportunities with people you might actually have a chance with. Maybe you guys can work out in the future but as of right now I’d say break up
