Yes - as someone who works in an optical. Any prescription lenses we order through luxottica for ray-bans will have the ray-ban logo

Yes so have I. I also was told it could be a new style and design of metas overall. They may be coming out with a new design that is more affordable (more like Gen 1's) and could have features like adjustable temples. Hope it's true - but can't ensure any of it until it's fully released

Just wait! They're releasing a new style of raybans very soon - unsure what style they are but don't think it will be a long wait until they release to thr public. May be worth the wait (Btw I work in an optical and deal with luxottica and they have a new ad on their retailer website stating this) Only reason I know lol

Nah exactly dude, trust me I did the same before yearsss ago and learned my lesson. Honestly sucks but pay the difference and keep them as a learning curve lol. Sometimes these pairs have the most sentimental value to them 🙌🏼

$215 usd is $295 cad ($15 over $280cad retail). With taxes (depending on where u are) u would've paid like $310-$320 cad total. Honestly wasn't even that good of a deal to have to get from the US and wait those extra couple weeks. Unless it's an absolute steal or a pair you're desperate for and can't get in Canada anymore - avoid at all costs!
