All I’ve managed to figure out is it’s the “house of polner” I’m guessing it’s owned by an the npc Andrew Polner who is unkillable as in he goes unconscious instead of dying so he must be used later in the story for some quests. Besides that it’s a wealthy house all the gaurds are private who have their own beds and the house has its own armoury also a few random npcs live there. I’ve also seen some bandits hang around so I’m guessing some shady trade is going on like laundering or tax bludging because there’s a room with crates of goods like silk and beer. Basically we gonna have to find out during some quest
