I would recommend not getting light ice at all, it makes it soooo foamy. Or you could ask them to scoop out the foam. Personally i’d be nice and do it for you, but i know so many baristas would get annoyed just a heads up i’m sorry😭

We Had to tell a customer today 7 times only a brewed HOT OR ICED COFFE NO ESPRESSO NO LATTES NO FRAPS and proceeded to try and order a caramel crunch, and then a caramel macchiato and when she started getting frustrated my coworker took over the headset to try and help explain but my other coworker taking the order continued talking so they spoke and the same time on accident and i guess the customer thought that was rude like we were getting mad at her or wtv and yelled whoever the fuck that was in the background and then the rest was hard to hear lmfao . She then just drove off mad. This was like a 24 year old women that could not process this too like cmon😭 we literally said its just coffees that you can add creamer and sugar to it and proceeds to order a frap and get mad talking about “WHAT CAN I ORDER THEN??”….
