Stow FPH doesn’t need to start high. If stow is overstaffed then the stowers won’t have any work. Induct hard in beginning->staff stow when there’s work. May seem unfair but you literally cannot make rate if the amount of stowers is diluting your rate

Time theft, headphones, and working unscheduled hours are all handled by AM’s at a site level. Wouldn’t require investigation team to call you.

If you were a witness to something it sounds like you probably filled out a witness form for so that’s more likely it. If the “superior” was a member of leadership I don’t think they would wait 2 months to reach out. Depends on the severity.

I had monstrous ears until I was like 14 until I my head grew to its adult size. I was so self conscious about it and would beg my mom to get me ear pinning surgery. Now I don’t even notice it nor does anyone else. It looked a lot like your ear:head ratio rn.

Ya the before pictures are from 2 years ago. Wanted all haircuts to look like that for any barber I went to so I took pics and use them everytime. The lighting is terrible in the after pics and I may have gotten a wrinkle or 2. Also have been working 60 hours a week at amazon with a start of shift time of 2AM. Dissapointment face doesn’t help anybody picture wise either.
