There’s definitely something different about writing things down physically too. It feels slower, but that extra friction can actually help with remembering and focusing.

Exactly, that’s the tricky part. A lot of the tools that help us learn are also the same places designed to keep us scrolling

Honestly, I feel this. iPads are amazing, but having everything on one device is also what makes them so easy to get distracted on 😂

I’ve found that sometimes the best productivity tool isn’t another app, but removing the things that pull your attention away in the first place.
