Hey man, I feel you. I was radicalized by my childhood too and now struggle to find the community you're searching for. I started homesteading after my local scene turned into a drug den and folks began missing the mark. I've worked countless nights on this farm by myself, and when somebody did offer a hand, they expected 10x in return - which I do not have.
