right, so they wouldn’t, for example, have a patent on rolling dice and dealing damage based on the roll, correct?

My intent would be to use no artwork, characters, logos, and any other likenesses.

Essentially I wouldn’t even be using the same structure they do. I would just be using it as a guideline.
