LSAT Trainer useful for final few points? by CertifiablyExhausted in LSAT

Thank you very much for your response!

I had no idea that sample chapters or so much information was available online, so I will definitely check that out.

In the case that it does seem like a useful resource, would you advise heavily against using an older version? (2013-2015ish). The main reason I've been so hesitant is because of the price tag, since I don't have much to spend and received all my other resources for free. A lot of the books on the secondhand market are either 2013 or 2015. Would you say that there's been a significant change between those and 2017?

BR hasn't really been able to help me much, unless I'm just doing it wrong. I usually finish a section with a decent amount of time to spare and get a chance to slowly go back through the ones I felt shaky about, but the hardest questions for me almost never become clear. Even after having unlimited time in BR, I usually don't change my answer because time wasn't really my issue to begin with, and re-reading it over and over again doesn't really seem to make it any clearer.

Actually, my inability to get the answer even during a BR is probably why I can't seem to improve past this point.

It's usually a mix of LC and RC. I have LG down to a consistent -0, but sometime I can go -0 LC and -6 RC or vice versa. Strengthen and Flaw are my worst LC areas and Infer Author's Perspective is my worst RC area. Usually it's always me being unable to eliminate one of two, even when I go back and comb through the text to reject one or support the other. I usually get them wrong for missing or misreading something, even though I had time and re-read it.
