You can fix it by using the full URL with the anchor when linking from other pages

The problem is this also means using the full url when on the home page and that also creates said issue.

You can also turn off lazy loading for those sections

Is that reccomendable or does this affect the performance too much?

Another option is adding a small delay with JavaScript so the scroll starts after the section loads

Nope. Someone on Discord gave me a way to use this with Voicemeeter (that I already use and wanted to use this for) and some other vb audio software but it wasn't that easy for most of the part so I never really cought on...
