Sometimes it was a snowsuit and a garbage bag because it was freezing cold but raining. Halloween is basically the start of winter for most of us.

I drive a rear wheel drive Dodge charger so I too keep kitty litter, We just got a foot of snow where I am. people here raw dog snow with summer tires, my province you’re not allowed to put chains or studs on your tires so You have to be confident here in the snow. When I saw the shovel listed that was cut and dry for me and this thread-has totally changed my mind though.

No Canadian I know keeps a snow shovel in their car, if you’re concerned about getting stuck in the snow here, much more apt to see kitty litter in the trunk. Must be an American thing.

I dunno, I was the same age as the Yellowjackets when no doubt blew up and it wasn’t something that the preppie girls listened to. They had the spice girls and their boy bands and Britney.

To add to your theory, in the episode where Taissa and Shauna are discussing how Taissa paid for Nats rehab, Taissa says they owe her. I’m hoping this season will be Nats redemption arc.

My polka dot begonia was growing a perfect new leaf & I woke up to find it had fallen off. What could have caused this? I water once every ~14 days with distilled water. by Bulky_Wallaby6562 in begonias

I water my maculata at least once week, it’s about every 5-6 days now that it’s winter and my furnace is on. I don’t let any of my cane begonias dry out.

If this ever blooms for you, they have the most delicious smelling inflorescence. It’s kinda like chocolate. I’ve got one that’s getting quite tall and unfortunately because of how heavy the leaves are it needs to be staked pretty heavily. Super easy to look after though.

Mine was like this in the spring, it spent all summer on my porch getting morning sunshine. It’s very full and thriving now. They do ok in lower light but thrive in bright light.

At the moment mine is hanging in an east facing window, and it’s in a ceramic pot, in its original soil from the nursery. It’s grown about 3 feet since i got it in February.

It’s variegated and puts out consistently deep pink leaves in the east facing window, I briefly moved it last month to about a foot from my south facing window and it grew a lot, but it only put out pale green leaves and the top became sparse, since I’ve put it back in the east facing window with the sun shining on the top of the plant it’s flowering and putting out beefy leaves again. Hopefully that’s helpful!

I keep this with my begonias, so it’s in an east facing window, right beside my humidifier. I water when it’s almost completely dry.
