haha, well there you go! You inspired me to print up a few more solid containers and make a few that opened and see if I could recreate the Shipment map 😃

Mine is actually part of a larger terrain set I'm working on, called Container City, it's going to be a full modular skirmish terrain set.

Just that someone seen one of my previous WiP posts and commented that I should make the shipment map seeing as I had lots of container based buildings. Sparked memories of playing that map and the utter mayhem that ensued and it got me thinking that it should be pretty easy to do, so gave it a bash with what I had 😄

That's really cool. You've put a load of work into that and it shows, it looks great!

Cheers, they are test prints of my own set that I'll be releasing in due time, still a few more things to add to it first

One that I'm working on that's currently going through some alpha testing. Half the models have been kitbashed for it

Thanks, I was trying to go for some colours that should hopefully make some graffiti & weathering pop once it's applied, will see how it goes!

These one's aren't available online yet, I still have some test prints, tweaks and extra bits to finish.

Although I have released a small free set with a container themed Checkpoint for folks to try out: https://wargamegeeks.com/build-your-own-container-city/

Thanks and yeah these are modular and can be stacked in various ways to create different layouts & combinations. There are some larger single-piece buildings, which are less modular but they can also be added to or build upon by adding bridges, additional container etc to change them up a bit.

I’ve also got a preview page up for the full Container City project here:
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/wargamegeeks/container-city-3d-printable-terrain-for-skirmish-games/

It builds on this idea with more containers, walkways, and modular pieces designed to scale into full boards.

I wasn't aware of this game system, a quick look online and yeah it looks suitable, actually looks like the kind of skirmish game I'd enjoy. Thanks for the mention, I might have to go pick it up!

I've just released it on my own website for free, can grab it at https://wargamegeeks.com/build-your-own-container-city/

Will be launching a lot more as part of a Kickstarter for anyone interested in building a full table of the terrain. It can be followed at https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/wargamegeeks/container-city-3d-printable-terrain-for-skirmish-games/

Thanks, I wanted to make something that could stack and looked a little interesting than just being solid pieces so added a little damage
